BENJI's Story...
BENJI, 1 yr old super cute wheaten Terrier Mix male. 25 lbs full grown.
These pictures definitely do not make justice to Benji. He has a great personality, gets along great with other dogs, he seems to like females more. He needs a busy home or a home with another dog to play with. Benji is in the process of becoming house trained, he is eager to please and getting it quickly. This handsome boy will make someone or a family really happy! Patiently waiting for his forever family to find him and take him home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BENJI, a El Cajon Wheaten Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wheaten Terrier for sale in El Cajon, or seeking a Wheaten Terrier dog from a breeder in El Cajon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in El Cajon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a El Cajon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wheaten Terrier breeders who help with Wheaten Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in El Cajon paves the way for another one to be saved.
