MAX is an Boxer/American Bulldog mix. Max was at LAX for over a month. He only came out after dark and would hide during the day. Some airport workers befriended him by giving him food and water. It took Max a long time to trust his friends but he finally trusted them enough to come through a fence to be with them. They turned him over to me to find him a rescue group or a good home. He has been neutered along with getting his shots and is now microchipped so he will always find his way home. He is currently being boarded and has started a basic training course to socialize him. He is a good boy who likes people and dogs - don't know about cats. He is approximately 70 lbs and about 1 1\2 years old. He is ready for his forever home! If you can find room in your heart and home for Max please email sctretrievers@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max - Courtesy, a Redondo Beach Boxer/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Bulldog for sale in Redondo Beach, or seeking a Boxer/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Redondo Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redondo Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redondo Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redondo Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
