Lola La La's Story...
Lola La La Is an adorable little Black Pom. She is about 10 pounds and and is about 10 years old. She is completely blind, diabetic and requires Insulin twice a day. She recently developed geriatric vestibular disease where her balance is affected and she has a head tilt. She was potty trained and used a dog door to a fenced yard prior to this. She no longer is independent in her potty habits. She tolerates but does not like the other dogs. She is leash trained but due to balance issues and blindness she does not walk well anymore. She has slight separation anxiety when her person leaves but does calm down soon. Barking has been an issue in another foster home due to this. She is a sweet little dog and loves her person. About Hubbards Hounds Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

The rescue was started in 2008 and we are dedicated to providing shelter dogs, puppy mill dogs, and owner turn-ins a second chance at a good life. Director Susan Hubbard will do everything possible to ensure the care of a dog. I own 3 rescue dogs and a rescued cat, all adopted from rescues or shelters. Every dog is important and the right home is out there for all of them! "Saving one dog at a time"

Come Meet Our Pets...

We don't have a kennel, meeting a dog can be arranged by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved.

Our Adoption Process...

This rescue group does have a contract and donation requirement to adopt a dog. This helps us to ensure the dogs safety for the remainder of his/her life and to continue to rescue dogs in need to rehome them. An applicaton must be filled out on our website, references checked, an interview done and a home visit check.
