JORIE's Story...
Jorie is a beautiful Blue Heeler mix. She was saved from a high kill shelter in West TN just hours before being put to sleep. Jorie weighs 35-40 lbs. She loves all people and gravitates to children. She is very calm and allows children to do what ever they want to her. She is great with all dogs and cats. She sometimes acts interested in chasing the cats but a quick NO from her foster mom and she will leave them alone. Jorie is walking well on a leash and doing good with her crate and house training. Adoption fee is $350 which includes tranport to the North East. For questions or more information please email kegrescuefoster71@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JORIE, a Bedminster Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler for sale in Bedminster, or seeking a Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Bedminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler breeders who help with Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
