Pearl is an extremely playful, adorable, loving, yet sometimes fearful, four-year-old, nine-pound, female Min Pin/Chihuahua-mix looking for a loving guardian.

Pearl landed at Chicago Animal Care and Control when her former family could no longer care for her. She was lucky to have been taken in by Famous Fido Rescue. Pearl is looking for a home with adults and teens who have the time and patience to work on her trust issues and manners.

She is a wonderful dog once she is comfortable with you and she loves to play fetch! She can be very loving, mellow and sweet and she loves other dogs. She loves balls and toys. She is looking for a patient dog-lover willing to give Pearl the time to adjust and get over her fears.
