Ceclia was rescued from St. Louis County Animal Control. Her elderly owner passed away and the family dumped Cecelia at animal control. She’s sweet and friendly. Cecelia was been spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, is current on all of her vaccinations. An adoption fee applies. Ask about our foster to adopt program.
