Hi, my name is Lucky. I'm a 6 year old Yellow Labrador Retriever and I weigh 70-75 pounds. I'm not feeling very lucky these days. I have to leave my family who rescued me from a kill shelter 2 years ago. You see, I have Addison's Disease which is a hormone imbalance. I get a shot every month and blood tests once a year to make sure everything is staying in balance. The thing of it is that since this whole Addison's thing started, I've gotten a lot more anxious. My family are a busy bunch and that means I'm home alone and that's when my anxiety really kicks in. They feel badly having to find me a new home but they know it's for the best. I'm a super loving dog who needs lots of attention and love in return. I love to be outdoors and to go for walks. I get along with absolutely everyone. I'm neutered, up to date on my shots, I have a microchip and I'm current on heartworm and flea preventives. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION
A. ARK-Animal Rescue Konsortium, Inc. was formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Specifically, the organization provides medical services for injured wildlife and medical and adoption services for abandoned pets including dogs, cats, birds, and exotics.
B. Methods for achieving this goal follow:
1. Rescue Action
2 Foster Program

4. Spay and Neuter Free Roaming Cats
5 Encourage Countywide TNR Program
6. Network with Other Rescue Organizations
7. Promote Countywide No-Kill Shelters
8. Create a wildlife rescue and education center

Pets are also at foster homes so appointments must be made.
All animals have been fully vetted: Serilized, up to date on shots, personality tested with other animals and children.
Fees vary according to health, age of animal. Two references, one a veterinarian, home visit, fenced yard if other than very small dog.
