Hi, I‘m Annie, a beautiful brindle female Shar-Pei rescued from a New York City shelter.

I have adjusted well since arriving in rescue and am very happy. They say I am very sweet and friendly. I am house trained, and I love laying in the sun in a nice comfy bed. This is heaven for me! I‘m feeling better and am now eating fairly well and am no longer limping. I am enjoying taking walks to the ocean with the gang of dogs here. I went to the vet today and was a very good girl. I have already gained a few pounds and am up to 74 pounds now. I‘ve been on Clavamox for the goop in my nose and eyes, and the vet added Doxycycline to my medicine regime. It is already much better, but the vet wants to wait 3-4 weeks for my spay and eye surgery. I need to have entropion surgery on both eyes.
