Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Big Red: He was left after an eviction in Henrico Co. and was in rough shape, found starved and flea ridden(see the last picture from his intake/before/after). So very sweet and obedient, no food aggression, even after being so, so hungry. Typical Doberman temperament, smart, loyal and loving. Big Red is crate trained, but does sometimes lift his leg in the house, so he must be monitored until he learns better. He does know some basic obedience like sit, down, paw and even stay and come. He is currently on Nature's Recipe Salmon and Sweet Potato and 2 fish oil capsules a day to keep improving his coat. It has grown in nicely from where it was flea damaged, but he still benefits from it. Very serious applicants with Doberman experience only, he has been through h*ll and we will only consider the most responsible and dedicated potential home for him. To be considered please complete the adoption application at www.newkenthumane.org $250 adoption fee. Home visit will be required.
