My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Star is a 10 year old Golden mix. She is a very sweet, kind, loving, and strong girl. Star enjoys having out on a nice woomfy dog bed while you watch tv, she likes going on walks or hanging out in a back yard. This amazing girl would be best in an adult only home and is best as an only pet. She has been over looked because of her preference as an only pet and age, but everyday she hopes someone will overlook that and give her and amazing home where she can live the remainder of her life as the one and only dog.


All Lovejoy Foundation dogs and puppies can be seen at our weekend adoption events Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm. Keep in mind our adoption events take place in an outside venue, with wet weather, high winds, and chilly temperature we would not hold a normal event, so please call ahead before coming 310-719-5707.
