HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS THAT'S WHERE I WANNA BEEEEE.......Nala has beautiful big green eyes with gold surrounding the green. Quite striking! Nala was relinquished because she had an injured leg, but it's all well now and she is just purrfect for a new home! She's very friendly and sweet and young, just about a year. She's had a rough start in her young life and just keeps on purring! You will enjoy her lovely purrsonality. She's the kind of kitty who loves to sit on your lap and do the "kneading bread" kinda thing! You won't be disappointed with this lovely gal! Check her out in Cage #123.
Shelter Info...
We are the Animal Shelter for the City of El Cajon. We also house animals for the City of La Mesa. We take in strays and animals relinquished by their owners from these two City's only. We adopt out the animals that are not claimed by their owners. You do not have to live within the City to adopt an animal from us. We sometimes have animals other than dogs and cats.
We are located in the City of El Cajon which is east of San Diego. 1275 N. Marshall is two blocks north of Fletcher Parkway, Marshall runs parallel with the trolley tracks.
We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm. The latest we start an adoption is 4:30. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.
Our adoption fee for dogs is $80.00 and cats are $80.00 All other animal adoption fee's are based on the type of animal.
We do an evaluation with you and the animal to be sure that it is the best animal for you. We require that all children in the household under 9 years old be evaluated with the animal and if you are adopting a dog and you currently own a dog, your dog needs to be evaluated with the new dog to be sure they get along.
