Chip--adopted!'s Story...
This absolute sweetheart is Chip, a 3 legged red, natural-eared doberman. He was adopted from us as a puppy but returned because his mom was working too many jobs and did not have the time or money to keep him. He loves everyone he meets and gets along with other dogs and cats. He lost his leg when he was just a puppy and has adjusted very well throughout his 7 years of life. Chip loves to snuggle up too and, as you can see in his pic, would love to find a lap to lie in.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chip--adopted!, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
