Ginny is a 4-month-old, gray Tabby, spayed female, Domestic Short Hair cat.
Ginny is a sweetheart and is a bit more cautious than her brother Kevin. She is also the dominant one of the two. She is very smart and intuitive. She likes being scratched and loved but she would rather sit next to you than in in your lap. She likes to get up on the sofa back and rub your head. She purrs lavishly and her fur is very silky. She especially likes to be scratched down her back. Ginny loves her kitty toys, especially the tunnel and the toy that tweets. She plays enthusiastically with all of them but definitely favors 'tweety toy'.

Rescue Group Info...
Founded in 1998, Cat’s Cradle seeks to end euthanasia of healthy adoptable cats and dogs in Shenandoah Valley through aggressive spay/neuter of owned animals and TNR (trap/neuter/release) of feral cats.
We also have a network of foster parents and an active adoption program for cats. In 2009 we opened an adoption center in Harrisonburg. We do not euthanize for space.
Please visit our website at: www.catscradleva.org for more information.
We show our cats at PetSmart in Springfield, VA on most 1st and 3rd Saturdays, at the PetSmart in Harrisonburg, VA on some Saturdays and some Sunday afternoons, and at the Petsmart in Waynesboro on Saturdays. We also show cats at our adoption center at 124 S Main St. in Harrisonburg 11-6 M-F, and 11-5 Sat and 11-4 Sunday.
Please visit our website: www.catscradleva.org for other adoption events and hours for showings or call the adoption center at 540-433-1135.
Please see our website: www.catscradleva.org for a copy of our adoption application and adoption contract. Adoption fees vary, but generally run around $135.
All our cats are spayed or neutered before adoption, and fully vetted. We have an adoption center in Harrisonburg, but we also make extensive use of foster homes until adoption.
We generally prefer indoor only homes, and our contract specifies that the cat(s) will not be de-clawed.
We have some cats that cannot be adopted into an indoor situation. For these, we seek safe barn or out-building locations.
Augusta, Page, Rockingham and Shenandoah Counties in Virginia.
