Connie's Story...
Connie is an adventurous little girl! She loves to explore everywhere and can even climb low trees! She is very sweet and gets wiggly-butt when you go to pet her, and she does great with other dogs and cats. Connie is very smart and often the leader of the pack, she appears to be a hound mix - Mom definitely has beagle in there somewhere. She is working on potty training and starting to get the idea that she should go outside. Connie is a curious, sweet and energetic puppy and will make a great addition to any family.
Connie is microchipped, spayed & up to date on her shots & vaccines. Please complete an online application at www.rescueahart.org if you'd like to meet her. Thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Connie, a Cincinnati Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
