About Our Shelter...
Our purpose is to provide exceptional care for dogs and cats that are surrendered, abandoned or abused. Through formal and comprehensive adoption policies; educational humane programs and events designed to increase awareness, compassion and responsible pet ownership. Our mission is to place every adoptable animal in a permanent, well educated home. We are proud to have moved into our brand new facility. This is Wickenburg's first of it's kind and we are all striving to make our community proud of the good work we do here! We do have a small staff and many wonderful volunteers. We could not do this without them!!

Come Meet Our Pets...
We are located at 4000 Industrial Road Wickenburg, Az 85390. We also are at the Surprise, AZ Petsmart every other Saturday. We sometimes have other off site events as well.

Our Adoption Process...
To help ensure you receive a pet that is a good fit for your family, we require an adoption application be completed and we interview potential adopters. Home checks may be required prior to approval. Renters must provide proof that animals are allowed along with landlord's approval and any breed restictions. All family members ,including pets, are given a chance to interact with the new pet.
We reserve the right to refuse an adoption at any time.
All of our pets are spayed or neutered. If the animal is less than 2lbs or younger than 4 months, we will issue a voucher, schedule the altering at time of adoption and follow up with a reminder.
The standard adoption fee is $100. Discount rates are available for dogs and cats that have been here 90 days or more.
