Taffy's Story...
Hi! My name is Taffy Apple - Taffy for short..! I have a BEAUTIFUL "taffy apple" colored coat, and that's how I got my name! I am a husky mix (the "mix" part is up for grabs..some say terrier ...some say shepherd) no matter what I am mixed with I am a cutie! I am about 1 yr old...and I am very quiet..I don't like to bark much, I'd rather give kisses and snuggle with you! I am very sweet and I love kids and other dogs! I am in a foster home right now with Riley (another CDR dog) and we have so much fun! We play together, we eat out of the same bowl at the same time..she's alot of fun to hang around with.!..I am very submissive with people and other dogs, I just love everyone and want to be loved too! Do you think I could be the "taffy apple" of your eye? Please come and meet me and see how sweet and gentle I am!..You will be so happy you met me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taffy, a Schaumburg Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Schaumburg, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Schaumburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schaumburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schaumburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Schaumburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
