My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spring is an adorable 7 lb maltese mix girl looking for a home. She is spunky and loves to play with other dogs. She would play with the cats too, if they would only let her. Spring is very affectionate and enjoys snuggling. She is crate-trained and housebroken and will be a fun little girl to have around. It is hard to believe, but Spring was dumped out in the country. She found her way to a sweet woman’s front porch. This poor older woman had never had a dog in the house, so she chained Spring to one of the posts on her porch. That was certainly not a good situation for Spring, so a neighbor convinced the woman to let a rescue group find her a good home. Spring walks great on leash and is very good with children. She is sure to be a hit in the neighborhood. Spring is about 2 years old and has been spayed and microchipped. She had a dental cleaning when she had her spay surgery and is up to date on all of her shots. She is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
