Jasper was rescued from the Bedford Co Animal Shelter. He is a sweet, loving little 10 year old that just wants to find a home that he can spend his retirement years in. All he wants to do is be with his people and is very devoted to them. Jasper is house broken but will use potty pads if necessary.
