My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bailey is a Quaker Parrot approximately 5-10 years old. Bailey’s previous owner had passed away and was subsequently abandoned by the living relatives. It has taken some time for Bailey to start trusting again. While there were other birds that lived in the same home, I believe he was most emotionally effected the abandonment. Bailey is a gifted talker and not afraid of talking to you directly. He will tell you he is a good boy, as well as ask for a kiss, and comment on the situation with the cat by saying “poor kitty” and “here kitty kitty kitty.” He has blossomed into an amazing little guy, allows scratches and sometimes even insists by pushing on your hand. Bailey will be a great companion parrot to the person that shows him the love, trust, and respect he deserves.
