Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful Australian Shepherd is Brown Sugar, who is about 1 year old. “Sugar” is a very energetic, playful pooch who loves to go for walks and chase tennis balls. She is very curious and follows her foster parents around the house just to see what is going on. She tries to play with her foster sisters, but they are older dogs and not much interested in being awake. Sugar always has a smile on her face and a wiggle in her behind – she is a very happy girl. She is putting the finishing touches on her house-breaking, but is a smart girl and learns quickly. She does well with being in a crate, but is definitely ready to come out when her foster parents come home! Sugar knows how to sit, stay, and come and will sit for you while having her leash put on. Sugar is a great dog who needs to have a nice yard to run in or someone who is willing to walk or run with her.
As HAHS has several adoption locations, please contact Melissa at bandm@everestkc.net to find out when and where you can meet BROWN SUGAR!
