Lily Blue's Story...
My name is Lily Blue. I was once a skinny sickly girl due to some silly virus called Distemper but I kicked its butt and am now one beautiful big boned mama. I like moonlit walks (or no moon walks, it doesn’t matter either way, I just like to walk and check out what’s up in my neighborhood too bad the human at the end of the tether doesn’t just let me run). I like to stare down cats so they tell me I may not be good with them. I enjoy playing with my girl-friends. I’m sure there is much more out there for me to experience and I can’t wait for the right partner to expand my universe. Call me, Lily Blue. I’m waiting for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily Blue, a Phoenix American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
