Hello, my name is MANNY. I am a very cute very springy kinda boy here at the dog pound that really misses having some people of my own. I am very friendly but I do like to think that the world belongs to me. I can climb or at least try to climb some walls (I need a fenced-in backyard for sure). I like to sit in the window sill as well. They say that I have springs on my toes. I am very playful and have a ton of fun!

The Columbiana County Dog Pound is a small, rural shelter in eastern Ohio. At one time, only a small percentage of the dogs entering the Pound made it out alive. Now, thanks to the vision of the County Commissioners, the Pound staff, and a dedicated group of volunteers, the Pound has become a source of hope. It is a place where lives are saved, not lost.
Columbiana was one of the first counties in the state to require that all dogs be spayed/neutered before leaving the Pound. This policy addresses the pet overpopulation problem at its source.

Hours:
Monday - Wednesday: 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 4pm
Thursday: 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 4pm
Friday: 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 4pm
Saturday: 9am to 12pm
Sunday: Closed.
If these times are inconvenient for you, call the staff and arrange a time to meet the dogs...

The adoption fee is $100, which includes a DHLPP vaccine, a rabies vaccine, de-worming, an Ohio dog license, and spay/neuter surgery. Additional low-cost vet care is available upon request.
Approved rescue groups can pull dogs at reduced fees.
