Tigger's Story...
Tigger is a beautiful domestic medium haired orange tabby male. Tigger is a doll who just loves attention! He is playful but VERY sweet and would make a wonderful addition to someone’s home. Tigger gets along great with other cats and dogs. He is approximately 1 ½ years old and is front de-clawed. Litter box trained too. Tigger is an outgoing and sweet boy who likes to be held but especially likes to sleep on your feet at night. His purr is loud, kind of like a snore. He gets along very well with other cats, dogs and kids. He settles in quickly.

As HAHS now has several adoption locations, please contact Cindy at 816.679.5904 or at cindyyz80@yahoo.com to find out when and where you can meet TIGGER!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tigger, a Overland Park Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
