Nellie ($50 off)'s Story...
Nellie was found hanging around the foster moms property for 5 days. After that time the foster mom realized she did not have a home and brought her in. She was skinny and needed some love. After all the good food and the love and attention she is ready for a home of her own. Nellie is a good natured fun loving 1-2 year old medium sized girl. She is fully vetted. spayed and heartworm negative. Good with other dogs, good on a leash and just a love bug. All she needs is a family she can call hers.If you are interested in learning more or applying for this dog you MUST paste the following link into your browser. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nellie ($50 off), a Harrisonburg Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
