Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Malia- 6 year old Sealpoint Ragdoll
You would never know we received this girl in such neglectful condition (emaciated and nursing babies coming from a hoarder situation). Malia is one sweet cat who really wants to be loved and doted on by her very own human. She wants to be 'The Diva'. She is now at a very healthy weight and is a very happy cat. She is very inquisitive- following her human around, greeting her human as she comes home, even sticking her hand under a door and meowing loudly as her human sat on the other side with a newly-arrived foster kitty in his room. She is not a lazy cat. Her foster mom has a hard time believing Malia is 6- she is still very spunky and active. She still entertains herself with toys scattered about on the floor- stalking and attacking the innocent stuffed purple mouse.
Malia is not looking to bond with another cat or dog. She would do best as an only cat or she may tolerate another very independent, mellow (non-agressive) cat in the household. She will reward you with lots of love as she is very affectionate- she will eagerly rush right over if you offer to pet her. Oftentimes she will brush up against the side of you meowing out a 'hello'. She can be vocal at times- she has a melodic half purr/half meow. She prefers to lie next to her human at night so we want to find her a home that will allow her sleep on the bed. She will keep your chest warm as your read a book.
She has gorgeous coloring and her fur is very soft- not too long and very easy to take care of- she won't have any matting problems. She keeps herself immaculately clean. Her eyes are a gorgeous deep blue.
She is litter box perfect and eats wet and dry food. She is current on her vaccines, microchipped and ready to go to her forever home. She is being fostered by Casey in Sacramento.
