Pong's Story...
I am a Siamese Mix that needs a loving, permanent home. Sadly I was returned to this shelter : ( My previous home did not understand the importantance of basic litterbox care.) Don't get me wrong, I LOVE MY LITTERBOX!!! I have no problem using one. I get to roam around the building here and I have never, ever peed outside of my litterbox.

Unfortunately I was only given one box, which was kept up high off the ground in a noisy laundry room. Plus there were 3 dogs that liked to raid my litterbox for stools to eat. YUK!!! Also, the litterbox was not cleaned out every day, in spite of help from the dogs. I do not have any urinary tract problems, so I was going out of my box due to several litterbox "no-no's".

There is no reason why I should have any more problems as long as my new owner understands proper and basic litterbox care. In a nutshell: I need 2 litterboxes kept on the floor, Scoopable litter cleaned out everyday, And a quiet place to keep them in.

I am a super loving kitten. Most cats are euthanized because of this missunderstanding. I love to nuzzle and I purr my heart out when you touch me. I am a good boy, I just need a chance to prove it.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pong, a Toledo Siamese kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Toledo, or seeking a Siamese kitten from a breeder in Toledo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toledo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toledo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toledo paves the way for another one to be saved.
