Once upon a time, a family who lived in the countryside became friends with a pretty black cat who was hanging around their house. They liked her so much they decided to invite her to stay with them. They were very surprised when she introduced them to her kittens! Fuzzy Pawz Rescue agreed to place the kittens into their foster program and to help them find their own forever homes.
This is what Rogue’s foster mom has to say about her:
Rogue is 4 months old and so cute in the morning when I get up Rogue and her siblings all stand around me and purr for their breakfast! She is litter box trained and uses the scratching posts most of the time. Since she was born under the house and didn't meet people right away, it took a couple of weeks for her and her siblings to get used to being touched by humans - small children might be a little too unpredictable for her. We have had the kittens for a couple of weeks now. They enjoy being petted, but still aren't too fond of being picked up and carried around. They have not been exposed to dogs yet.
Rogue is such a cute and sweet little girl! She has very interesting markings - like a Siamese/Tabby cross with pretty blue eyes. She sometimes comes to her name when called and a stroke or two down her back will get her purr box rumbling. She will put her front paws into your lap to get your attention, but isn't too fond of being picked up or carried around yet. It's so funny to see her play with little toys like her stuffed mouse. She will entertain herself by catching it and then throwing it up into the air and catching it again. She enjoys it when you throw the toys up the stairs and she gets to chase them as they bounce down. She also loves to play with 'da bird' and chase the laser pointer, but isn't quite as aggressive as her brothers. We often find Rogue and Rogue playing together.
Rogue is very healthy and playful and has had her first set of vaccines and de-worming. Rogue will be spayed on 11/9/12.
If you are interested in adopting Rogue please fill out the adoption application at http://www.fuzzypawzrescue.com/adoptionapplication.htm.
There is a $25 adoption fee to help defray the cost of her spay and vaccinations.
If you are looking to adopt more than one kitten at a time please check out brothers Taz & Axl.
Rescue Group Info...
We are a group of volunteers whose mission is to rescue and re-home abandoned, stray and neglected dogs throughout Southern Idaho. We work with many shelters and pounds that often find themselves with no room to spare.
Whenever possible we also assist dogs who, because of extenuating circumstances, are unable to remain in their homes with their owners.
We do not have a facility but depend on the use of foster homes to provide loving temporary homes for the dogs we save. You can meet each pet through it's contact information on it's posting.
