My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Hi there everyone...if you are looking for a very precious and sweet Poodle girl, who is a real cuddle bunny, then look no further than my kennel. My name is JOY....and what a "joy" it will be for you to adopt me and make me your very own, because I will bring complete sunshine into your home and into your life. I'm eight years old and I just love going for walks. I walk nicely on the leash, too. I love to snuggle and cuddle, soI would also be content just sitting close to you. Just wait until you see my adorable little face because I've got the darkest little eyes and a cute, button nose to match! I get along well with other dogs, and I'd make a wonderful family pet in a home with older children. I'm just the perfect size to be that wonderful little house dog you have always wanted. I'd only need a smallish yard, where I could enjoy myself, and also have my very own cuddly and snuggly dog bed in the house, so that I could always be close to my person or my family. Since I'm a "Super Senior," my adoption fee is only $30. My adoption fee includes a microchip, plus a free check-up at one of our local vet offices. One more thing: the shelter staff is fairly certain that I'm house trained, but they're still watching me to be sure. A trip to our shelter would not be complete until we've had a chance to meet, so come on over to our shelter and let's get acquainted soon. We've got the nicest exercise yards where we can get to know each other, so just ask one of our very kind Shelter Staff to introduce you to the very, very special little Poodle girl whose name is JOY, and who knows, I just may be that wonderful little dog you have always wanted and dreamed about. Please help me make my dreams come true for a new forever home with you. I'll be watching and waiting, and also listening for the sound of your footsteps near my kennel, and then I will know for sure that you have come to meet me. Come hold me in your arms and close to your heart, 'cause I just know we are going to fall in love with each other. Hope to see you soon. Love, Joy" Kennel #15
