Missy's Story...
Missy, schnauzer, 14 lbs. 1-2 years old, contact sherry@eitel.com

Missy is a precious salt and pepper female Miniature Schnauzer. She has natural ears, a docked tail, is about 2 years old and weighs 14 pounds. She travels well and loves going to the doggie park where she never meets a 2 or 4 legged stranger.

Missy knows the basic commands of sit and stay, is house trained with a doggie door and walks nicely on a leash. She is well behaved so it is not necessary for her to be kenneled for which she does not like. Missy prefers being very close to her humans especially at night cuddling in the human bed and sleeping under the covers.

Missy is very affectionate and would make a wonderful addition to your family. She would do well as an only "child" or with another 4 legged companion. She has not been around kids or cats but she is a very gentle, loving girl.

Also, in sending your note to the Contact Person, be sure to include information about yourself, family, home, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and pet accommodations. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Missy, a Kingwood Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Kingwood, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Kingwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
