Theo is a 5 years old shy guy. He will need a new owner who understands
cats and know that in time he will grow to love and trust you. Theo has been at the
shelter for almost 3 years. This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home! You can come to our facility on either Sunday or Saturday during normal adoption hours of 12 to 4 PM. You may also schedule an appointment during the week by calling Please understand that the cats behavior in the shelter is usually not what it will be like in your home, if the cat is nervous, anxious, or aggressive at the time please know that a shelter is a very stressful place for a cat.

Kitten Policy: It is important to understand that socialization of kittens with other animals as playmates is important for their development.
Therefore, CCC has a policy that kittens are adopted in pairs unless there is another animal in the household as a playmate and companion. Due to demand, we are unable to place kittens on hold.
If you would like to verify the status of our available kittens,
please call during open hours on Saturday 12-4 or Sunday 12-4. Thank you!

About Connecticut Cat Connection

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a nonĀprofit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals with a 'No-Kill' policy (with medical exceptions). Our efforts are focused primarily on finding loving homes for the many cats that are strays, abused, abandoned, surrendered or impounded. All animals are given medical attention and vaccinated before placement and spayed and neutered if at least four months of age. We are a small shelter comprised of 100% volunteers dedicated to helping homeless cats find their forever families.
