10/20/2012 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: There is just nothing like a handsome guy in a necktie. Colorado was made to dress up - he is stunning in his lush amber coat with matching eyes. He is well groomed, gentle and easy. He's a big beefy, stocky guy. He appears to be housetrained relieving himself as soon as we were out the door. He walks nicely on the leash, pulling slightly from time to time but responding to correction. He is friendly to other dogs, wagging his tail at those we passed on our walk. He posed for his photos like a rock star and is so photogenic (and looks so sexy in his necktie) I just kept taking pictures. He sits for treats and takes them so gently. Colorado is a rock star dog - easy, low key and a joy to spend time with. We sat together on a wet park bench, not caring that it was making us wet, and watched people and dogs making their way through the park. Colorado is awesome and hopes you will make time to meet him today.

Rescue Group Info...
We are a small, individual, private rescue group dedicated to giving unwanted dogs and cats a second chance. Most of the animals we rescue are strays and or owner surrenders to high kill city shelters. Many of them have been pulled off “death row”. We are very passionate about what we do, we love and care for these animals unconditionally. Our goal is to place our homeless rescues in permanent loving homes as their former owners have already abandoned them at least once before.
Adoption process includes adoption application, phone interview and home visit. Vet references are checked!
We do not have a physical shelter, we place our rescues in foster homes or boarding facilities where they are socialized and nurtured back to health before we place them in their forever home. If you are interested in adopting a friend, kindly look at our available pet on this site.
Adoption/Foster Application must be completed online via the link below.
Home visit is required along with Vet references. Our full list of fees have been listed on the adoption application. Our dogs come fully vetted and have to be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
