DAISY's Story...
Hi my name is Daisy! I am a 6 week old female Bernese Mountain Dog mix. I am not ready for my forever home yet, but HNH is accepting applications at this time for me. HNH rescued me along with my litter mates from a High Kill Shelter on our last day. Daisy will not be ready for a forever home until after Thanksgiving beginning of December, she will be spayed and microchipped prior to being adopted. Daisy will be a large dog and best suited with an active family with a large yard. With young puppies we recomment puppy training classes so that the pup wil be the adult dog you want them to be. For an application please email Lorna at Lorna@hopenheroes.com. Adoption/Donation fee and home inspection required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

DAISY, a Torrance Bernese Mountain Dog/Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bernese Mountain Dog/Rottweiler for sale in Torrance, or seeking a Bernese Mountain Dog/Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bernese Mountain Dog/Rottweiler breeders who help with Bernese Mountain Dog/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
