Minnie's Story...
Minnie is a beautiful Maine Coon mix. Her loving owner is in very ill health and no longer able to care for Minnie. She is a three year old, healthy, very loving kitty. Minnie is everyone's friend and to meet her is to fall in love with this gentle, sweet, snuggler. She would do fine with another cat. She needs a loving, caring owner to help her lose a bit of weight to bring out her playful nature a bit more. Minnie especially likes to chase little tin foil balls. She is negative for feline HIC and diabetes. Minnie MUST be kept as an indoor only kitty. If you would like more information or arrange to meet Minnie, please contact Nancy at 949 951-2760 or email:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Minnie, a Laguna Woods Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Laguna Woods, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Laguna Woods.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Laguna Woods already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Laguna Woods breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Laguna Woods paves the way for another one to be saved.
