Muffy's Story...

Hello! My name is Muffy and I am a 3 year old female. I was found locked in a school bus, allegedly dumped there by an employee of the parking lot an entire week before I was rescued. Horrifically it was found that both my whiskers and my ears had been burned. It was very painful and along with being filthy, starving and having an upper respiratory infection, it took a lot of time for me to feel better. After receiving tons of TLC, I am now ready to find a family of my own who will love me and want to keep me furever. I am a small, sweet, quiet girl who gets along great with other cats but am also very good at keeping myself entertained. I will be waiting to greet you when you come home after a hard day of work and I would also do well with children age 7 and up. I have never been around a dog before so I am unsure about how I would be living with one. If you would like to adopt me, please fill out an adoption application or if you have any questions at all about me, please email KittyJunction@aol.com!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Muffy, a Horsham Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Horsham, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Horsham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Horsham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Horsham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Horsham paves the way for another one to be saved.
