Winston's Story...
Winston is a super cute pup. He is fully potty trained, loves to be cuddled and carried around, but also loves to play. He is getting better about staying in his crate, but needs some encouragement getting in there so treats are helpful. He also knows how to sit and we are working on staying and shaking. The neighborhood dogs really love him and he is always excited to meet a new friend and get some cuddles. He likes to get outside for a walk. Please email if you are interested in meeting him!

Winston is around 2yrs old and about 15lbs. Updated on shots, spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm tested. The adoption fee is $125.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winston, a Houston Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Houston, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
