"Hello everyone....if you are looking for a very handsome, lovable, friendly and just an all- around wonderful dog...then look no further than my kennel. My name is ROCKY, and I'm a one-year-old Shepherd-Husky mix fellow who has a really great personality and a terrific smile. I love going for walks, and I love to bound around the play yard. You can be sure that I love hugs and tummy rubs, too. I'm a fun-loving boy who would be a great family pet. Also, I'd need a yard in my new home, and I'd do best with a daily walk or a trip to the dog park. I get along nicely with other dogs, but I shouldn't have cats in my new home. I have too much fun chasing them! I'm a young guy who is ready and willing to learn new things, although I already know some commands. I very much enjoy getting brushed, because I know that will keep my handsome black and tan coat looking its very best. Just want to share something with you and that is...when it is very quiet here at night at the shelter, that is a very special time for all the animals, because that is when we share our hopes and dreams with each other about finding a new forever home. A trip to our shelter would not be complete until we've had an opportunity to get to know each other, so just ask one of our kind Shelter Staff to introduce you to the incredibly lovable and oh so friendly fellow, whose name is ROCKY, and we may just discover that we are meant to be best friends forever.
