Mozart's Story...
Hello! My name is Mozart and I'm an active 10-year old boy. I'm a perfect
size (about 35 lbs) and still have a ton of life and love to give to my new
forever home. I enjoy walks, cuddling, and really love playing ball. I get
along with everyone I meet but would be best in a home without little kids
or very young dogs as I can get annoyed with their lack of respect. I
ignore cats and do like the company of other, respectful, dogs. I am
looking to be a loyal, loving family member.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mozart, a Bellingham Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler breeders who help with Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
