Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cindel is a VERY SWEET 2 year old pug. She loves to be near her foster mom so much, that when her mom is working at the table, Cindel sits on a chair that is pulled up close next to her. While watching T.V., Cindel wants to be right there, close to her person. Cindel loves people so much that she has even been known to cry when people leave the room to go to the bathroom!
Cindel came into the rescue on November 3rd as a breeder surrender. She is skittish about sudden noise or movement but seems to be getting a little less jumpy in the past week she has been with us. She has started to act playful and run around but she still doesn't play with toys very much yet. She is learning! It might be nice for her to be in a home with another dog so that she can learn some of the normal puppy behavior.
She has never had an accident in her foster home, but she may need a little time to adjust to a forever home. Accidents do happen in transitions. Cindel does like to be escorted when she goes outside, otherwise she tends to just sit on the back step. She is still learning about her harness and how to go on walks. She was not used to a harness and leash in her former life of being used for breeding. Cindel has been doing fine using a kennel at night. She cried at first, but is getting used to it.
Cindel is a very sweet, bonded, and pretty pug. She will be very happy in a home who will spend lots of time with her and will make her a part of their family.
