Beau is an incredibly handsome one year old male kitty who is very grateful that he was rescued from a very busy road. Sadly, his sister did not have the same happy ending that he did. He loves other cats and really enjoys being petted. Beau is best friends with Violet and we would prefer if they were adopted together. When Violet was adjusting to her foster home, she spent all of her time under a bed. Beau would pick up mouthfuls of food, carry it over to Violet and drop the food in front of her to make sure she was getting food, too. If you would like to meet Beau and see his cute pink nose for yourself, please contact us.
Beau has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, has been dewormed, and is up to date with all his shots. Beau requires a home where he will never be declawed, or allowed to go outside.
If you would like to find out more about adopting this delightful cat, please call Cari at 571-408-9626 or email shadowcatadvocates@comcast.net. We answer emails as quickly as possible, but calling for info will be much faster.
Rescue Group Info...
Shadow Cat Advocates exists to provide assistance to all the abandoned and forgotten cats and kittens that live all around us. We are a 501c3 non-profit and all donations to our organization are deductible to the extent allowed by IRS laws. We have no office expenses, no salaries, and our volunteers all work for FREE and pay their own expenses. Without volunteers, our mission would be meaningless. We are looking for additional volunteers. Are you willing to foster a cat for a short period, become a caretaker, help trap, or assist in one of our fundraising event? Shoot us an email as any help you can offer will be met with a huge THANK YOU! Be sure to go to our web site to find out more about our organization: www.shadowcatadvocates.org
We do not have a “store front” as all fostering is done in a home environment. To schedule an appointment to visit the cats or kittens, please give us a call at (571) 408-9626.
Adoption fees vary based on the veterinary care the cat has received prior to adoption. We will do a vet check to make sure the pet(s) you have currently or previously in your home have received adequate and yearly veterinary visits. A lifetime care contract and home visit are part of the adoption process.
We service the Stafford / Spotsylvania County areas, but will do adoptions out of state.
