Gabby's Story...
Gabby is an adorable 6 month old Shih-Tzu / Pomeranian mix. She is shy from spending her early puppy months in a cage. Now that she is in a home, Gabby is getting braver and she will wag her tail and nibble on fingers when playing. Gabby's ears stand up like a Pomeranian when she is happy and playing. Her personality is more Pommy too and she is a lively little dog that seems very intelligent and eager to learn. Gabby will be very loyal to her family once she learns how to trust people fully. Do you have it in your heart to help Gabby trust and be a puppy? Please go to www.centralohiodogrescue.petfinder.com for an application to adopt or email centralohiodogrescue@gmail.com for additional information. Gabby's adoption fee is $300 and she is fully vetted.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gabby, a Hilliard Shiba Inu/Pomeranian puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shiba Inu/Pomeranian for sale in Hilliard, or seeking a Shiba Inu/Pomeranian puppy from a breeder in Hilliard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hilliard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hilliard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shiba Inu/Pomeranian breeders who help with Shiba Inu/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hilliard paves the way for another one to be saved.
