Odis's Story...
. Hello, I"m a pretty cool fellow who may not get the attention I deserve because of my breed mix. and hey, most of that is a guess. Besides it's the dog, not the name that is attached to them. I've been here a few months and my time is gettng close. the shelter can't guarantee if I"m good with cats or kids, but you never know I could be the best dog here with them. But. I stay in a cage so it's tough for me to get to tell you about how great I could be. . if you want, I can meet your other dogs if you re looking for a friend for them. The shelter address: 650 John Howell Memorial Drive in Linconton. 704 736 -4215 , Open 6 days a week; M-Sat 11 to 4:30 and Thursday open until 5:30 pm. Closed Sunday. Adoption fee of 85.00 includes the spay or neuter , another disease preventative vaccine and a rabies vaccine, a microchip, as well as worming and a new bonus, 30 days of free insurance..Incredible. There is a family friendly adoption room too.. The shelter does do same day adoptions and they do not take credit cards just cash or check. these dogs dont' have forever, so please, don't delay!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Odis, a Lincolnton Rottweiler/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Rottweiler/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Rottweiler/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
