for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Lolita's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lolita's Story...
Lolita is a sweet, 1yr old Cairn Terrier/Shih Tzu weighing about 20lbs. She is very quiet and submissive and loves everyone. She loves to curl up in your lap to take a nap. She likes the outdoors, but seems to prefer the indoors and she LOVES chewing on her bones all day long! She gets along very well with dogs. She isn’t too interested in toys, but she will follow her person around wherever they go to see what they are up to! She would make a great addition to any family.
Lolita has been seen by a vet and deamed healthy to his/her knowledge and is current on all vaccines, has been microchipped and altered.
An adoption application is required via email prior to meeting any Hope 4 Paws dog in its foster home. In most cases, breeds stated in the posting are merely our best educated guess as we do not know the history of many dogs that come into the rescue.

The adoption application is available at www.hope4paws.com.
The application can be emailed to Molly at hallamart@sbcglobal.net
The adoption fee of $275 covers all vetting expenses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lolita, a Plainfield Cairn Terrier/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Shih Tzu for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
