Bo's Story...
This is Bo! Short for bow tie, which is what he has under his little nose. Too cute. These have got to be the cutest tuxedo kittens I have ever seen. They all have such unique markings. Bo and his 4 other siblings will be arriving at the shelter the day after Thanksgiving, 11/23/12. They will be about 9 weeks old at that time. Bo and his siblings were found in a barn with their Mom Autumn (who is also up for adoption), when they were about 5 weeks old. They are all happy, healthy kittens ready to start their new lives. And each one of them cuter then the next. We just wanted to get them up on Adopt a pet early because we would love to get them adopted quickly so that we can take some more kittens in. So please send in your applications in and then come by and meet them next weekend! Check out their video, it is adorable.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bo, a Marseilles Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Marseilles, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Marseilles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marseilles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marseilles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marseilles paves the way for another one to be saved.
