Roxie's Story...

Roxie is a true artist and loves carpentry, as you can see on her picture! She has lots of love to give, and consider herself a professional hugger and kisser. Roxie got hit by a car in May/2012, the driver ran away but a blessed soul took her to the shelter. She had medical care and was actually already microchiped, but for some odd reason, her human didn't want her back. You can see pictures of Roxie after her accident on our Facebook page. Besides her body scars, she still loves people and will be your best friend until the end of her days!
Roxie, American Staffordshire Terrierhas been shared from Shelter Exchange.

About Our Rescue Group...
We believe every dog is as good as their training. Some dogs have had a very tough start to their lives, but it doesn't have to be the end of their story. KnK is named after two of our dogs - Kooper and Kloe - they were brother and sister, and both resecues. They got out during a storm and were killed. We started the foundation to honor them, and to help other dogs in need of rescue.

Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption fees range from $150-200, which includes all relevant shots/vaccinations and spay/neuter procedure. We also spend time acclimating the animals to social situations: other dogs, puppies, cats, kids, etc, so adopters have a much better idea what to expect from a new family member.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We are a no-kill rescue, serving the greater Seattle/Tacoma Washington area. The majority of our animals are pulled from death row at shelters from the Seattle area, as well as from California and Georgia. We believe every dog is adoptable if given the time and opportunity to develop training and a stable personality.
