Allie's Story...
Hello my name is Allie, and there's no denying… I still got a lot of puppy in me! Oh the learning we can do…just think of how much fun it will be! Leash training, obedience classes…the whole shebang! Its pretty cool though, that I am already crate trained and have a great start on my house manners too. An oh my goodness am I a lover! I just adore affection; getting petted, sitting in your lap…or I can just lean right up against ya and melt into all the lovin you wanna give me. I get along great with other dogs too but it will be best that I find a family with children 12+, as I get really grumpy when people mess with me when I am eating….I mean how many Rotties do you know who don't like to protect a lil something now and then? But like I said, I got lots of puppy in me, so I got lots of time to spare for training! All I need is you to help show me the way. 10 months old-55lbs. My adoption fee is $220 and includes; Spay, microchip, reduced cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & Treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Allie, a Portland Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Portland, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
