'Hi, I’m Lily. I’m a two year old American pitbull terrier. I wear a chocolate brown tuxedo, and as you can see, I’m beautiful. I know this because I get lots of compliments, especially from men. I’m small, only about 55 pounds, but I’m strong. I am a healthy, happy, fun-loving girl with a high energy level. I’m also smart and I learn fast. I’m currently doing well in an intermediate behavior class. I love my toys and playtime, and curling up under the covers with my foster mom. I need a good workout every day. However, I’m a good digger and too interested in what’s outside of my own yard, so I have to be protected from getting out and lost.

I am seeking a family that understands the needs of a pitbull. I am a sweetheart with all people and most dogs. I do not want to fight, but I’m not afraid either, and I will defend myself. I am a terrier by nature and tend to get too excited with cats, very small dogs, and other small animals, so I probably should not live with them. I have to admit, I’m a bit of a princess and don’t like being left alone for very long. I would be most happy as an only dog with a mature family, in a home where I am loved and adored. Do you think we might be a match?'

Lily is spayed, micro-chipped, house trained, crate trained and has had all shots. Lily lives in Riverside, CA.  She weighs 55 lbs.
