Marky's Story...
This adorable pup is the result of an uncared for and unwanted female dog. She was left to die with no one to help her. A kind and generous volunteer stood up and helped her out. She delivered 8 beautiful healthy babies that will be loved and wanted.

The puppies are Abby, Baby, Buster, Cinco, Dixie, Kenai, Marky and Scout and will be ready for their new homes after December 12. You may choose your favorite now and he/she will be held until they are ready. They will have their age appropriate vaccinations and will be ready for a spay or neuter when they are adopted. These cuties will not last long. Call today to reserve yours.

You may call their foster mom at 573-759-7142 or 907-315-0267 or send an email to connie.herndon@yahoo.com for additional information

An adoption donation of $150 will help with their vet costs. If you choose to reserve a specific puppy, there will be a $50 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to the adoption donation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marky, a Crocker Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Border Collie for sale in Crocker, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Crocker.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Crocker already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Crocker breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Border Collie breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Crocker paves the way for another one to be saved.
