Hi, people call me DAISY and I am looking for a great place to call HOME. Are you my new family? I have mostly white soft fur with pale eyes, a tan patch around my right ear and little freckles on my pink nose. My nickname is Piglet because I make little snorty sounds and snore when I’m sleeping.
My new life started when an animal control officer found me, along with my companion (Blue), in a small crate with no food or water around. No one ever came to the shelter to look for us so after 10 days we were put up for adoption. Then I got really sick with a cold and stopped eating. The nice people at BARCS got very worried about me because I was very already really skinny so they put out a plea for a foster home to help me get better. Bella’s Bully Buddies rescue decided to take me and Blue. A nice couple already adopted him but I’m still waiting for my second chance at love.
My interests include: meeting new people, getting petted, giving smooches, taking walks, snuggling with my peeps, lounging around the house chewing on elk antlers and nylabones, and especially mealtime. I have a very good appetite now J.
I’m looking for a home where I can be the center of attention. I am housetrained, crate trained, sit at doorways and walk nicely on leash. My foster mom is a professional dog trainer so I come with FREE training and behavior support to help me make a smooth transition into my new home.
I love being the Doghouse Girls office dog because I get to see lots of people every day when they come to work and people take me for walks and car rides. It’s great having so much company but I want a home to call my own. Everyone says I’d make a great family pet because I have so much love to give.
