Meet Amanda, a senior American Pit Bull Terrier who is a nice balance of calm and quiet and energy, going for long walks and hikes. Adopting a senior dog like Amanda will be a great experience since she likes to nap most of the day, is crate-trained, goes to work with her foster, loves to ride in the car, and loves to go on walks. Give Amanda a Nylabone, and a cushy dog bed, and she will pretty much be entertained for hours. Amanda is petite, only 35 lbs, is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccines, is house-trained, and is just an all-around super dog. She did lose an eyeball due to animal cruelty in her past. Our vet has given her a great health report so she is now ready to start the next chapter of her life. We estimate Amanda to be 8-9 years young. She is dog friendly and walks well on leash .
