Frodo's Story...
Meet Frodo, a delightful Miniature Schnauzer who finds himself in need of a new forever home due to his former owner's increased business travel. Frodo was born around 2004, is energetic, happy and in excellent health. He is used to living with other dogs and even cats too. Frodo is not a big barker but will let you know when the doorbell rings. He loves human company but will also do fine at home alone during a normal workday. Frodo loves going for walks and is generally a very easy dog.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Frodo, a Rigaud Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Rigaud, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Rigaud.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rigaud already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rigaud breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rigaud paves the way for another one to be saved.
